FIELD: application of coatings. SUBSTANCE: the offered device consists of hopper for powder mixture with feeder-ejector, mixing chamber, spraying head consisting of annular prechamber and supersonic circular nozzle and systems of working gas supply to spraying head. Device forms coatings on products of rolling mills in course of production process. In so doing, the device produces two-phase gas mixture (particles+carrier gas) with required gas- and thermodynamic parameters ensuring application of coatings and their quality. EFFECT: p provision of application of uniform coating of preset thickness over the entire surface of product without its rotation round the axis, with surface profile of any shape (cylinder, polygon, angle, fillet). 2 dwg
