Device forms two-phase gas-and-dust mixture of required kind at required thermal and gas-dynamic parameters for forming high-quality coats to be applied on defective area. Proposed device enables the operator to manually apply coats of required sizes (in thickness, width and length) both locally and over entire surface of part or member of metalwork without displacement and dismantling.
