Free ends of guiding elbows are positioned in parallel to define rows and form an angle of 0-90 deg relative to plane of loosener wheel. Number of rows defined by free ends of guiding elbows is within the range of 1-3, and number of outlet branch pipes may be within the range of 2-12.
