FIELD: production of chemical filaments and materials based on chemical filaments. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has at least one pipe enclosed in housing. Each pipe has inner mirror surface. Mirror surface and/or pipe itself is movable in longitudinal and/or transverse directions relative to pipe axis by means of moving device. Moving device imparts vibrational movement to mirror surface and/or pipe itself to prevent mirror surface and/or pipe itself from being contaminated and one half of mirror surface to be offset relative to other half for avoiding overheating of material at stoppings. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of treated elongated material. 5 dwg
