FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has aerodynamic module with at least one outlet port 10 and one inlet port 28 to built up potential vortex and turbine 14 placed unidirectionally with potential vortex action. Aerodynamic module incorporates external hollow case 3 built up of many leaves 4 and closed on both sides with plates 11, 12; outlet port 10 and internal hollow case placed concentrically relative to external case are provided in one of plates. Velocity head acting on external hollow case 3 open part 6 of movable leaves 4 and closes their other part thereby producing rotating stream. The latter, when tangentially admitted to internal case 9, is accelerated to greater extent and forms vortex flow directed outside due to vacuum provided at outlet port; upon passing through outlet port, it is converted into potential vortex due to shearing forces of parallel stream. External hollow case 3 mounts separating member 5 that bifurcates rotating stream into first and second partial screams and has port 8 leading to internal hollow case 9. Potential vortex formed in the process draws volume flow out of second partial stream and/or out surrounding medium through port 8; turbine 14 is installed within the reach of potential vortex. In addition, turbulizing members 16 are placed in the vicinity of second partial stream which convert second partial stream into great number of vortex flows which are entrapped by potential vortex. Wind obtained in this way creates booster field of flow velocities by means of potential vortex. EFFECT: facilitated process of energy production from parallel streams. 11 cl, 7 dwg
