FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, devices for picking up fruits from soil surface. SUBSTANCE: pickup has rim 1 with transverse planks 2 cantilevered for rotation in radial plane about axes coinciding with circle chords. Flexible strip 3 and tape 4 are attached to transverse planks 2. Length of strip portions between planks 3 exceeds plank spacing and length of tape 4 between planks 3 exceeds plank spacing but is less than length of strip 3. Fruit receiving tray 7 is positioned within rim 1. Pickup has roller 8 fixed on movable carrier 9. Roller 8 is positioned close to inner side of tape 4 adjacent to point of contact with soil. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and enhanced reliability in operation. 1 dwg
