FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: pick up loader has a frame, on which, using sprockets, a closed chain contour is mounted, the hoisting chain of which is inclined in the direction opposite the direction of motion and transport contour, overlapping the chain contour on the outside, and elastic blades, rigidly fixed to the chain and transport contours, made with a [- shape and fettled elastic material, and a roller. The blades are perpendicular to the chain contour, the hoisting chain of which is inclined backwards at an angle of 70...80° to the horizontal. The transport contour is made in form of elastic belts with spade bugs. The distance between the belts is equal to the minimum size of the selected fruits. The swath maker and the roller have fruit moving planks, installed at an angle of 40...50° to the direction of motion. Structural dimensions of the width and length of the fruit moving planks, the height of its installation over the surface of the field, the installation angle to the surface of the ground, the width of the rolling zone, the width of the fruit movement contour, made in form of a volumetric trapezium, the interval and height of blades, the width of the unloading zones, the depth of the sack chute, the height of the fruit movement contour are determined from the following relationships: the width of the fruit moving planks b=(1.2...1.36)dav, where dav is the average diameter of the selected fruits; the height of installing fruit moving planks over the surface of the ground h=(0.2...0.25)dav; the installation angle of the fruit moving planks to the surface of the ground the installation angle of the fruit moving planks to the direction of motion γ=40...50°; the length of the fruit moving planks l=(3.0...4.0) dav; the width of the rolling zone B=(7.5...8.5) dav; the width of the fruit movement contour E=(2...3) dav; the interval of the blades t=(2.0...2.6) dav; the height of blades M=(2.0...2.6) dav; the width of the unloading zone C=(4.0...5.0) dav; the depth of the sack chute K=(2.0...2.4) dav; the height of the fruit movement contour H=3.0...3.5 m.
