FIELD: FOOD industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes pyrolysis of wood, addition of crushed aromatic spice material, extraction with liquid carbon dioxide under elevated pressure, separation of CO2-compound, reextraction of mixture with anolyte, separation of liquid phase, concentration thereof and dispersing it in CO2-compound with simultaneously reducing pressure to atmospheric value resulting in formation of desired product. EFFECT: improved procedure.
