FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing, piezoelectric transformer composed of two bimorphous members having metal plate and piezoelectric elements fixed on plate with electrodes of diverse polarity and connected in parallel. The bimorphous members are arranged in the plane of contact with hand and are made as cantilevers having view of parallelograms in plan. The longer sides of the parallelograms are set at an angle of 2 2α, where a - is the less angle of parallelogram. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of injecting drugs into animal body. 4 dwg
