FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has thermostat with bed for patient body to be placed there, heat-transfer medium circulation system having pipeline and reservoir filled with heat-transfer medium mounted on the pipeline, unit for heating or cooling the heat-transfer medium, pump, three-way cock with outlet segment of the pipeline and jet-type heat-transfer medium distributor enclosed into the thermostat. The three-way cock is connected to the reservoir filled with heat-transfer medium through additional pipeline. Temperature-sensitive elements mounted in the thermostat on the skin, in internal cavities of the patient body and in the outlet segment of the heat-transfer medium circulation system pipeline, pump drive and unit for heating or cooling the heat-transfer medium are electrically coupled with measurement control system. The reservoir filled with heat-transfer medium is located under the thermostat and communicates with the latter by means of slit opening in thermostat bottom. The device also has additional reservoirs filled with a set of gases and connected to perforated pipeline through a cock mounted in the reservoir with heat-transfer medium, pH control unit mounted on one of the heat-transfer medium circulation system pipeline sections and electrically coupled with measurement control system.
