FIELD: treatment of biological samples. SUBSTANCE: apparatus contains reaction chamber with temperature sensor, thermostatically controlled containers, cover, and electronic control unit. Cover bears pockets for test tubes. Thermostats are connected through heat carrier feed-return line with reaction chamber and provided with temperature sensors, heating/cooling elements, valves, and drive of pumps of heat carrier feed-return line. Apparatus may also be provided with mechanism to form jet-whirl layer of heat carrier around test tubes and with mechanism forming pulsed pressure of heat carrier in reaction chamber. Test tubes with liquid samples are installed in pockets in the cover. Head carrier feeding into reaction chamber is put on and jet-whirl stream is formed around test tubes, which may pulse with frequency 1 Hz.
