SUBSTANCE: method involves multiple intramuscular immunization of deeply pregnant cows with corpuscular or corpuscular and soluble microbe antigens followed by collecting colostrum, separating lactoserum, isolating and sterilizing immune complexes. New in the method is immunization procedure involving corpuscular antigen administration at a dose of 20-30 billions of bodies and soluble antigen at a dose of 10-15 human doses per cow with 1-2 week interval and the number of cycles calculated from a formula n=3+t, where n is the number of immunization cycles and t is the number of weeks to calving determined after the third immunization.
