FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: raw material is an ultrafiltration waste in a lactoglobulin process, containing low-molecular peptides. The method involves conducting dialysis on polysulphide membrane filters of pore diametre 1 kDa against distilled water to reach total protein concentration in the preparation 3 mg/ml. The produced preparation is concentrated by ion-exchange gel chromatography. It is followed with elution with 0.5 M aqueous sodium chloride.
EFFECT: method allows producing the concentrated solution of low-molecular peptides showing interferon stimulating activity.
