FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has casing being hollow barrel with magnet and power supply source mounted inside on its bottom and oriented in the direction the casing opens. The casing is detachable and has ring-shaped threaded recess spread over the circle of external part of open end of the casing. The threaded part of the casing is set in the slit of flexible fastening belt having movable twin buckles enabling the casing to move all over the whole length of the belt, and an additional buckle on one of the belt ends to make closed loop with the other belt end when putting the device on the patient body. The belt and buckle are pressed against the casing edge by means of threaded washer to be fitted over the casing from outside. Ring-shaped recess for placing ring-shaped permanent magnet is on the internal side opposite to the threaded washer. Calibrated photometric feedback transducer directed towards the surface to be irradiated, is mounted on the internal side of the casing next to radiation source. The photometric transducer outlets and radiation source inlets are connected to the control unit through the electric connection cable. A number of additional radiation sources can be installed in the casing and a number of casings can be installed by means of additional twin buckles along the belt length. The device is reliably securable on the patient body by means of the belt and additional buckle. The calibrated transducer provides stable dose of absorbed light radiation energy affecting the pathological focus.
