FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: device has platform body on which guides for wheelsets are rigidly secured. Guides are arranged across platform body and are made in form of corner whose support wed is curved and ends are at one level with rail heads. Guides are tilted towards stops of fixing mechanism installed for reciprocating and engaging with flange of wheelset. Tie-rods are hinge-connected with stops. Other ends of tie-rods are hinge connected with disk installed for turning on axle secured on platform body. Disk has rigidly secured pin engaging with stops installed at places of intersection of parallel tracks with cross track. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, facilitated re-placing of wheelsets. 4 dwg
