FIELD: railway transport; monitoring and control devices. SUBSTANCE: temperature sensors 1 are made in form of reverse p-n junctions of semiconductor elements and are connected to earthing unit 10 and in parallel with comparator 2 to which reference voltage source 3 is connected. Reference voltage is formed by synchronization unit 6 which is connected with sensors 1 and storage unit 4 coupled with comparator 2. Outlet of storage unit 4 is directly coupled at one side with logic unit 7 and at other side is coupled with unit 7 through low-pass filter 8. Outputs of comparator 2, earthing unit 10 and storage unit 4 are connected with light signalling unit 5, and output of logic unit 7 is connected with sound signalling unit 9. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, reduced labour input in locating overheated bearing on car axle or defective sensor, improved reliability of operation and increased service life. 2 cl, 2 dwg
