FIELD: instrument making.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measuring equipment and can be used in railway transport facilities in re-equipment of high-speed passenger car with the modern transducer systems. The proposed control system comprises a set of primary transducers arranged in axle box attachment standard assembly, two-wire power supply line to feed every transducer, the car control and warning unit. The proposed system uses discrete serial measurements of temperature and vibration overloads of the two-parametre transducer in one two-wire line by simultaneous polarity reversal of supply lines of all transducers. The system incorporates also program-operated diagnostics performed by processing the signals in operating lines of temperature and vibration overload circuits and program-operated three-colour LED warning circuit. The said diagnostics is built around a current measurement circuit of every transducer, power supply polarity reversal unit, analog-to-digital converter, buffer memory of current measurements, controller and signaling unit.
EFFECT: higher sensitivity, expanded performances.
