FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to wheelset axle bearing overheating detection and indication. Proposed device comprises heating temperature gages arranged in cases mounted on car axle openings, comparator with its input connected with reference voltage source and its output connected to light indication unit first input, sound warning unit and device power supply connected to car onboard supply circuit, memory unit, low-pass filter, logical unit of sound warning signal generation, unit to short-circuit the gage to chassis, and sync unit. Besides, it comprises input circuit, pulse amplitude inverter, scale pulse amplifier, delay line, temperature variation rate control unit, and indication unit. Temperature gage is built around ferrite magnetic core with excitation and measurement windings. Input circuit gage is built around similar ferrite magnetic core with excitation and measurement windings.

EFFECT: expanded operating performances, higher noise immunity and sensitivity.
