FIELD: railway transport; automatic cab signalling systems for use in interval traffic control. SUBSTANCE: distributed in time detection of known reference track mark is provided by two scanners 6 and 7 located at fixed distance from each other in direction of train running. When train passes by reference track mark the fact of which is detected by first scanner 6, location of train is corrected in train location correction unit 4 by replacing train location coordinate by reference track mark location coordinate. When reference track mark is detected by second scanner 7, correction is determined in speed correction unit 2 and is introduced into output readings of speedometer 1. Correction is found by result of measurement of time interval the beginning and end of which is fixed by moment of detection of reference track mark by two scanners and known distance between scanners. Time is measured by timer 3. EFFECT: improved reliability of traffic control. 3 cl, 8 dwg
