FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the aircraft fuel system. Drain cock consists of cylindrical body (1) with inlet branch pipe (2) with external thread and outlet branch pipe (3), stem (7), valve (4) with sealing element (5). Inlet (2) and outlet (3) branch pipes are made on one axis, stem (7) is installed inside the outlet branch pipe (3). Valve (4) with a sealing element (5) is inserted from the inlet branch pipe (2) opening outer side and connected to the stem (7) by means of threaded connection. Inside the drain cock body (1), a spring (9) is installed, with one end resting against the stem (7), and with the other end is against the inlet branch pipe (2) opening inner edge (11), in the stem (7) lower part perpendicularly to its axis two pins are coaxially installed; in the outlet branch pipe (3) walls L-shaped guides (15) are made for the pins longitudinal movement and their fixation with the cock open position, and on the stem (7) longitudinal grooves (14) are made parallel to it axes.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the drain cock reliability and tightness while simplifying its design.
