FIELD: distillation processes. SUBSTANCE: distiller designed to produce distilled water and liquid concentrate has blower as energy source which makes possible utilizing nearly all heat consumed at water evaporation by means of returning it from condenser space. Internal cylinder from the side of evaporator is ribbed. Because of withdrawing power source from evaporator and ribbing in the form of flat removable split plates, removal of crust is facilitated. Smaller crust formation is also provided by draining water from evaporator when its operation is terminated and, in case of long-time continuous operation, after certain time intervals.
