FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves hydrolysis of the milled carbohydrate-containing raw with 0.5-5.0% sulfuric acid solution at 95-135 C for 1.5-3 h. Then urea is added at ratio to raw weight (1:8)-(1: 40), by mass. Mixture is kept at the same temperature for 30-60 min, neutralized, cooled and solution is separated from precipitate followed by purification, evaporation, sugar crystallization with ethanol at ratio (1:1)-(1: 2) with evaporated solution at 10-20 C for 2-8 h. Crystals were separated by centrifugation, washed with ethanol and dried under vacuum at 20-45 C. EFFECT: improved method of producing.
