FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: compound spring has at least two leafs on the tension side of each of which is a longitudinal projection, the side opposite to the tension side, compression side, being provided with a longitudinal hollow, which receives the projection of the adjacent leaf with a spaced relation, tightening member made up as a bolt arranged in the middle portion of the spring and used for locking it, additional sheet positioned on the root sheet and tightened with a bolt, and two spring clips. The spring clips are mounted at the ends of a lining and used for rigid locking of the spring with respect to the axle of a vehicle. The length of the additional leaf is equal to or greater than the length of the lining but not as long as the top leaf. EFFECT: improved design. 2 dwg
