FIELD: automotive industry. SUBSTANCE: each plate has projection 1 in the middle part and answered hollow 2 from the other side. In addition to the main side parts 3 by which the mated plates are in contact to each other and the members for securing the spring, each plate has additional side parts 4, the edges of which being not in contact in mated plates and connected with the main side parts. The connection with the compression side is smooth or step-like, having smooth adaptor having inclined lines and rounds, and with stretching side is also smooth or step-like having inclined lines and rounds or made as broken line with rounds. The additional side parts are arranged in the cross-section of the plate that undergoes prferably compression and depth of the step is 0.035-0.25 of total thickness of the plate and depth of the groove is 0.4-0.6 of the total thickness of the plate. The ratio of the width of the groove made in the compression side to the width of the projection made on the stretching side is 1.15-1.10 and the ratio of the width of the supporting part on the side of compression to the width of supporting part on the stretching side is 1.10-1.05.
