FIELD: radio engineering, manufacture of transmitting phased arrays with increased operational reliability in wide frequency range. SUBSTANCE: wide-range transmitting phased array has (N+1) transmitters with radiator being connected to each of them, reference generator which output is connected to synchronizing inputs of transmitters, N phase inverters, N phase detectors, control unit, N pickups of failure of synchronizing intermediate frequency across outputs of transmitters, (N+1) OR gates, (N-2) AND gates, (N-1) controlled keys on intermediate frequency, N delay lines, (N-1) controlled keys of commutation of signals from outputs of delay lines, (N-1) controlled keys of commutation of output of phase inverter. In case of failure of reference generator displayed by disappearance of signal across output of transmitter and/or synchronizing intermediate frequency there operates circuit of control over control keys of commutation of signals across outputs of delay lines and/or commutation of synchronizing intermediate frequency and/or commutation of outputs of phase inverters which switches off failed transmitter and switches on stand-by transmitter. Commutation key is set so that it makes it possible to use next transmitter as reference one for the rest of transmitters of transmitting phased array. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of phased array with preservation of accuracy of formation of directivity pattern. 1 dwg
