FIELD: filtration of liquids and pouring of liquids spilled in an emergency in hermetic reservoirs. SUBSTANCE: device has gasket with flange to be placed on filler opening of hermetic reservoir, for example in tank car. Secured on this flange is air distributor whose rod with float valve is placed in reservoir; device is also provided with ejector whose passive nozzle is connected with interior of reservoir, vacuum gauge and intake hose fitted with cock and filter. Compressed air is fed to ejector from compressed air main through air distributor creating vacuum in reservoir and liquid is poured into reservoir due to pressure differential (vacuum and atmospheric pressure) having passed through filter. After filling the reservoir, supply of compressed air is discontinued by means of float valve of air distributor and device is stopped. During operation of device, flange with gasket is automatically pressed due to vacuum inside it and atmospheric pressure outside. After operation is discontinued, this pressure is removed because reservoir is brought in communication with atmospheric air through ejector. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
