FIELD: filtration and pouring of various liquids into reservoir located at great height from dispensing point. SUBSTANCE: device has gasket with flange for closing the filling hole in tank car, for example. Air distributor secured on this flange has rod with float valve placed in tank car. Device is also provided with ejector whose passive nozzle is connected with inner cavity of tank, compressed air main, additional hermetic reservoir with air distributor whose rod with float is placed in this additional reservoir and intake hose with filter and check valve. Both reservoirs are connected by means of pipe lines; they are also connected with compressed air main and ejector through their air distributors. Additional reservoir is used as a "stage" in lifting the liquid, thus increasing height of lift of filtered liquids and liquids to be transferred. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 dwg
