FIELD: filtering and transfer of various liquids; applicable in various industries, under household conditions, in rural locations, garden plots and under country cottage conditions. SUBSTANCE: plant has airtight vessel with intake and discharge hoses in which check valves are installed. Installed on vessel is air-distributor whose rod located in this vessel has stops on its end with movable float installed between stops. Secured to rod upper end is flange opposite to permanent magnet installed and secured in air distributor. Rod is held in air distributor owing to bushing with current conducting ring and nut. Similar bushing is installed and secured onto cover of air distributor. Airtight vessel is connected through suction hose with vacuum pump provided with electric drive. After filling of vessel with filtered liquid, its float rises to lift rod which is held in this position by permanent magnet, and electric circuit is open to stop operation of vacuum pump, and liquid flows to receiving points. Upon discharge of liquid, floating valve lowers and makes rod lower, electric circuit closes again, and operation cycle is renewed. To provide for operation of plant under mechanized conditions, additional airtight vessel is to be connected through suction hose to vacuum pump. After filling of vessel with liquid that is evidenced by water-measuring tube, vacuum pump is deenergized, cock in discharge hose is opened, and water is directed to receiving points.
