FIELD: ore mining industry; beneficiation of economic minerals. SUBSTANCE: proposed separator comprises tank 1 housing ring 3. Top portion of tank 1 accommodates blades 6 actuatable by drive 5. Overflow threshold 2 runs all along periphery of top portion of tank 1. Discharging chute 7 is connected with discharging ramp 9. Latter is attached to upper edge of inclined screen 10. With this arrangement, ramp 9 is positioned above overflow threshold 2, while inclined screen 10 is adjustable height-wise. Inclined screen 10 is formed with openings 12. Feed material is fed into tank 1 through feed pipe 4. Lighter particles float to surface and remain enclosed by ring 3, whereas heavier particles precipitate onto tank bottom to be removed through discharge pipe 8. Clarified liquid flows over overflow threshold 2. Light-weight fraction is driven by blades onto inclined screen 10 and, further onwards, into discharging chute 7. Liquid flows away through openings 12. EFFECT: simple design of ore beneficiation unit. 3 cl, 3 dwg
