Abstract RU 2080934 C1

FIELD: powder materials classification mainly used for production of hollow microspheres of low density from ashes-slag wastes of thermoelectric power stations. SUBSTANCE: chamber hydraulic classifier has operational chamber filled with separating liquid, mechanism for heavy fraction unloading with agitator 5, mechanism for light fraction unloading with embracing operational chamber collector, bottom of which is partially communicating with operational chamber. Drum has vertical axis of rotation. Flexible blades are made in the form of brushes 12 and are engaged with bottom 9, that has configuration of screw-type spiral or alternating horizontal and inclined sections. Besides, the drum has pushing away plates made in the form of spirals curled oppositely to remover rotation direction. Pushing away plates move floated up particles to submerged part of collector bottom, where they are caught by brushes and moved on protruding over separating liquid part of bottom. Then liquid is separated from them and flow down into operational chamber and light fraction is moved to discharge branch pipe. EFFECT: improved process. 5 cl, 3 dwg
