FIELD: dust suppression. SUBSTANCE: proposed cyclone has metal surface arranged at discharge end of chute and made in form of diffuser intended to reduce velocity, at which fly ash leaves chute. Electric force of attraction of fly ash to chute is in direct proportion to decrease in velocity, at which fly ash takes off chute and, in this manner, no clogging of chute takes place. Diffuser is made with height that is not greater than 1.5 diameter of cyclone shell, and with angle 10-35 deg. between shell generatrix and cyclone axis.
