FIELD: gas and air purification.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for dry cleaning of dusty process gases and air released at manufacturing enterprises of various industries. The cyclone element for dry cleaning of dusty gas or air contains a cylindrical-conical housing, an exhaust pipe installed in the pipe grate, forming an annular gap with the housing and a blade swirl installed in it. The blade swirler is made in the form of a removable element, the shell of which is made in the form of a truncated cone with an angle of inclination relative to the exhaust pipe of 6…8 degrees. The exhaust pipe is equipped with removable stops for fixing the blade swirl in the working position and a sealing flange that provides a detachable gas-tight connection of the exhaust pipe with the pipe grate.
EFFECT: high efficiency of dust collection and the possibility of individual replacement of particular elements of the device as they wear out without the need for complete dismantling and replacement of the entire device.
