SUBSTANCE: construction unit for standardization and creation of building-block design system has at least one frame section, at least one drive shaft with transmission member made in the form of sprocket for chain transmission or a pulley for belt drive, and guides. The drive shaft is installed in such a manner, that it can be positioned in any place of the frame. The guides are made in the form of guide disks or guide wheels to guide chain or belt and are mounted above the slide strip fastened on the upper edge of the frame and closing this upper edge. The guides are associated with the drive shaft through a tension block engaged with the chain or belt and installed in the frame section with the use of holes made in the frame. The drive shaft is coupled with the motor by means of an intermediate shaft. Secured on the frame section is a bracket for the motor.
