FIELD: hydropower units of small, very small and midget hydroelectric power plants. SUBSTANCE: system has hydraulic-turbine working liquid flow regulator and hydraulic-motor power circuit. Electric-generator speed sensor is connected to regulator input and final-element hydraulic motor, to its output. Hydraulic-motor power circuit has high-head pump, hydraulic distributing and control members. All hydraulic machines of regulation system are, essentially, hydraulic dynamic machines; distributing and controlling hydraulic members are of flow type.
