FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: process provides for isolated formation of constant component of asymmetric current in circuits of A.C. rectifying and of variable component - in resonance inductive-capacitive circuit pumped on frequency of current rectificant during summing of both components of this current directly in charging circuit of cells. System for implementation of process has A.C. source of electric energy, rectifier and charging-discharging two-winding choke-transformer and capacitor which is connected through one winding of choke transformer to leads of storage battery, the other winding of this choke-transformer is connected to same storage battery through source of electric energy and rectifier. Both windings of choke-transformer are connected in series opposition through charging- discharging capacitor. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of process. 2 cl, 1 dwg
