SUBSTANCE: laminated armature with brush- and-commutator apparatus of DC machine is positioned concentrically in circular laminated magnetic circuit of rotor provided with squirrel-cage winding, press-fitted into frame and mounted for rotation about laminated armature. EFFECT: simultaneous use of mechanical (amplified) power, for example of wind turbine and electric (amplifying) power from photoelectric converters in system of complex utilization of non-traditional regenerated power sources. 4 dwg
