FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and electric machine-building industry, where the present invention may be used as electromechanical converter of the mechanical power supplied to the mechanical input of the machine and electrical DC power supplied to the other machine input (electrical input) into the total electrical AC power. It is achieved because of the rotor winding being implemented according to the rotor type windings in asynchronous machines with a phase rotor and circuit having three-phase adjustable rheostat capable of changing current in rotor winding in order to control output speed of machine rotation.
EFFECT: output speed control of two-dimensional electric machine rotation and consequently control of voltage frequency generated by this machine at input signals being changed continuously and non-deterministically.
