SUBSTANCE: magnetic systems of two electric motors are axial and are placed in one housing, on one shaft which is horizontally anchored in bearing units of housing. Stator of first electric motor is attached with one side to housing. Coils of controlled clutches are arranged on its other side, between its three-phase winding and shaft hole. Rotor of first electric motor placed in bearing has two rings of small and large diameters made of non- magnetic material on one side and ring-shaped slits positioned opposite to rings on the other side. Stator of second electric motor which carry sliding contacts is put on bearing and has protrusion in the form wide thin ring entering slit of larger diameter in rotor of first electric motor. Rotor of second electric motor is made fast to shaft. Metal part in the form of hollow sleeve entering slit of small diameter of rotor of first electric motor is positioned between rotor of first and stator of second electric motors. Common shaft is output element. EFFECT: control over speed and torque under constant mechanical power picked off shaft. 3 dwg
