SUBSTANCE: method involves using artificial honeycomb having synthetic plate with dead and through holes and wax cans, which together with through holes define egg laying cells; placing honeycomb into isolator; permitting female bee into isolator and bee-family; transferring wax cans with larvae into bringing up family and attaching cans with molten wax to grafting frame holders.
