FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is intended to create conditions for forming missing fragment of respiratory tract. To achieve this purpose, trachea is mobilized and transferred to in advance prepared subcutaneous tunnel, in which trachea is fixed in both proximal and distal segments. Next larynx is fully removed and missing fragment of respiratory tract can be restored over distance 5-7 cm. Breathing function is made possible due to applying new tracheostoma downstream of former one. EFFECT: new approach to surgical treatment of respiratory tract. 2 dwg
