FIELD: medicine, surgery.
SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to carry out laryngectomy along with resecting six and more tracheal rings. One should form a skin-fascial fragment at anterior thoracic wall with two vascular pedicles of deltoid areas, moreover, one should fulfill inferior incision from and up to anterior axillary lines being above nipples, the upper incision should be fulfilled at the level of the first intercostals area from and up to clavicles of the opposite sides at deep dissecting tissues up to major pectoral muscle's own fascia. It is important to cut a foramen in the central part of the fragment developed that corresponds to tracheal diameter. The fragment should be moved upwards onto the neck. Tracheostomal foramen should be formed due to applying sutures between trachea and the foramen in the fragment. The innovation enables to keep stump's blood supply and decrease the risk for infecting tissues of neck and mediastinum.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
