Transportation should be performed by using a special thermos bottle with cooling agent. Ground testicular ducts are diluted with medium for deeper freezing, spermatozoa-containing liquid fraction is separated from solid one by filtration, after evaluation of semen quality it is again diluted with medium for deeper freezing. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
