SUBSTANCE: medium includes tris (hydroxymethyl)-aminomethane, fructose, citric acid, glycerine, water and dry soya lecithin Centroflex F with the following ingredient proportion, mass %: tris (hydroxymethyl)- aminomethane - 2.65-2.85, fructose - 0.70-0.80, citric acid - 1.3-1.5, glycerine - 5-7, dry soya lecithin Centroflex F - 8-12, distilled water - the rest.
EFFECT: medium allows decreasing possibility of various infectious diseases transmission at cattle artificial insemination; increasing spermatozoa resistance to cold and improving cow insemination effectiveness.
