SUBSTANCE: mixture of an active component and microscopic pyrogenic silica (filling agent) is prepared at ratio providing an active component particle coating with filling agent. Mixture is stirred by crushing and grinding up to disappearance of particle under microscope vision field for 1.5-3.5 h. Sodium humate is used as an active component at amount 3-4 weight %. Carlsbad salt is added additionally to mixture at ratio with an active component = 1:(10-11). 2,3,5,6-Tetrahydro-6-phenylimidazo-[2,1-b] -thiazole hydrochloride is used as an active component also taken at ratio to pyrogenic silica = (1-2):(3-15).
