FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for the treatment of nematodes and cestodiases in ruminants. A complex solid anthelmintic agent, including fenbendazole, which additionally includes niclosamide and polyvinylpyrrolidone and is subjected to a 4-hour joint mechanochemical treatment in a roller ball mill with the addition of 1600 g of metal balls and rotation of the drum at a speed of 60 rpm to obtain solid dispersion particles of size 1-10 microns, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: fenbendazole - 3.0, niclosamide - 30.0, polyvinylpyrrolidone - 67.0.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to create a complex water-soluble anthelmintic drug based on the substances of the nematicide fenbendazole and the cestodocide - niclosamide, which reduces the therapeutic dose, resulting in a reduction in side effects, and resolves the issue of simultaneous deworming of animals against nematodes and cestodoses.
