SUBSTANCE: device has body, inlets and outlets of fire-extinguishing fluid, breaking diaphragm covering inlet, sleeve embracing body and forming annular channel together with body. Body accommodates spring-loaded piston with rod. Plant has means for breakage of diaphragms, gas chamber and explosive charge. Means for diaphragm breakage is made in form of rope linkage. Body has device for manual starting. Piston and device for manual starting are mounted coaxially in body. Annular channel out. let is labyrinth.
