SUBSTANCE: kaleidoscope includes three-edged mirror prism and leak-tight chamber with multi-coloured pattern-forming elements of different specific weight, for example, plastic and glass. The chamber is filled with viscous transparent liquid. The radial openings for additional side lighting of pattern-forming elements are available in the housing on the level of leak-tight chamber. The kaleidoscope housing may be solid or separate. If housing is separate, it consists of two co-axial parts and can turn one part together with the leak-tight chamber with regard to the other part together three-edged prism.

EFFECT: smooth opposing motion of pattern-forming elements within leak-tight chamber with viscous liquid being inside.
