FIELD: used in processing of highly concentrated polydispersion materials with high viscosity, limited margin of shear stress, low adhesion ability in various industries, for instance, in chemical (production of catalysts), food and other industries. SUBSTANCE: granulating screw extruder includes body, bushing whose internal surface has screw wave riffles with periodically varying cross-section of depression of arbitrary shape, screw multichannel extruder. Wave depressions of riffles are displaced relative to one another so that sectional area of all riffles in any cross-section of body is the same. EFFECT: prevented tear-off of mass from riffles in axial cross-sections, particular, in gaps between screw flange and riffled bushing that results in higher output of extruder with preserved stability of molding process and extended range of composition and properties of treated filled compounds. 2 dwg
