FIELD: procession of high-concentration polydispersed materials with high viscosity, limited shear strength, low adhesion in different industry branches, for example in chemical (production of catalysts), food and other industry branches. SUBSTANCE: pelletizing screw press includes housing, sleeve having on its inner surface screw wavy ledges with periodically changed cross section of arbitrary-shape recesses. Ledges are inclined by angle no more than 20 degrees relative to axis of press screw. Angle between ledges and raising of rim of helical line of auger is equal to 90 degrees. Wavy recesses of ledges are mutually shifted in such a way that cross section area of all ledges in any cross section of housing is the same. Press also includes screw and multiple press tool. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency at non-significant change of power for moving pelletized mass. 5 dwg
