FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: device has clock generator whose output is connected to pulse counter operation enable unit, synchronizing pulse generator, inverter, code signal element selection unit connected by output through amplifier to input of indication unit and by some inputs, to outputs of code signal pulse separation unit. It has also flip-flops of pulse noise protection unit and code signal time space separation unit. Inverter output is connected to data inputs of pulse separation unit and code signal time space separation unit. Outputs of first and second flip-flops are connected, respectively, to reset inputs of pulse separation and code signal time space separation units. Output of synchronizing pulse generator is connected to synchronizing inputs. Synchronizing pulse generator is connected with complementing inputs of first and second flip-flops whose reset inputs are connected with output of pulse counter connected by clock input through inverter to output of pulse noise protection unit. Outputs of code signal time space separation unit are connected with other inputs of code signal element selection unit. Input of device is formed by input of pulse noise protection unit.
